Bowflex SelectTech Adjustable Bench Series 5.1

This breadmaker the Select-Tech 552 dumbell set w/stand, thus needed some sort of bench to get with it. I saw this became the ‘matching’ bench and experienced good opinions, so We went for it without much searching. I imagine I paid for $150 without having any tax or even shipping. When i did not check around and search, I are not aware of if this is a good ‘value’ as compared to other brands.

As far for the reason that bench by itself, it could be very sturdy. No wobbling as long as you’re using that – this can be a big furthermore. It moreover looks great and needless to say matches my own other devices.

The shift options are nice to own, but opinion they tend to be mostly excessive. I only work with it in a flat position and one incline standing. I simply cannot imagine what one would do with the other roles, but its possible someone who’s more sophisticated in their work released could employ them.

That leg add-on, again, may be very sturdy. We didn’t buy it for sit-ups, nor would I propose this to help someone that wanted this solely for sit-ups, but prefer a bench primarily for lifting that gives you a sit-up option, this works just excellent.

As to the negatives… This became mentioned as a result of another reviewer, but you will find there’s opening with the bench where by it folds up. The chances of in a negative place (atleast in my situation, I here’s 6′ 3″) – directly on the small of the back. It truly is uncomfortable and appears like it could result in injury. I am able to get all over it simply by scooting my own rear as on the end of the bench prior to when I relax back. Nonetheless, it seems like this has been designed much better.

The assembly was very simple and is comprised primarily involving using units and bolts.
