Try to do a minimum of 1 minute per round with the goal to work a minimum of 3 rounds.

The next exercise is jumping rope. This can be the hardest workout for heavy people with ankle and leg problems. But Jumping rope is the best fat burning exercise available. To jump rope effectively turn the rope fast enough to catch up with your jump rhythm so you will not be double jumping or jumping twice for every rope turn. The goal is to get at least 30 seconds in per round for at least 3 rounds. If you can do a minute without stopping you will give yourself a great fat burning exercise. In boxing gyms across the country heavyweight boxers wear plastic outfits to increase the heat. A large garbage bag wrapped around your stomach can be used to get the exact same affect.

If you cannot jump rope due to health conditions skip this workout until you are fit enough to begin a light workout.

The final exercise of the triple play is heavy bag punching. Heavy bag punching is a heavyweight’s favorite exercise. Punching a heavy bag does not require that you have any boxing skills to lose weight. Just stand at a good distance from the bag and punch non- stop with both hands for a minimum of 1 minute. The best thing about punching a heavy bag is it will tighten any loose fat around the middle and under the arms.

These exercises are designed to build a great cardiovascular workout and burn fat that will eventually lead to weight lose.

Obesity statistics have proven that losing weight and keeping the weight off is the only answer to beating obesity and all its disastrous maladies that accompany it.
